Porsche Centre South Lakes along with Cartmel Priory hosted a unique art experience for the dynamic new digital presentation by Porsche, "Driven by Dreams".
Digital studio Lusion has created a short film inspired by Ferry Porsche's dream of a modern sports car, the catalyst that inspired the brand.
Using generative art and expressive motion graphics to illustrate the evolution of the creative process from the spark of conception to the finished car, this dynamic visual journey culminates in an exotic representation of the distinctive flowing silhouette of the Porsche that started it all, the 356/1. Taking this concept, we created a unique experience full of lights, sound and visual images. Using the historic Cartmel Priory venue, we created an immersive experience that was a juxtaposition between ultra-modern digital art and historic handcrafted art.
Guests were able to experience segments of the presentation on screens along with a selection of other Porsche Digital Art, before heading into the Town Choir section of the Priory to watch the full "Driven By Dreams" presentation.
We have had some great feedback from the event and we look forward to hosting more unique events like this in the future. If you would like to be contacted about the next event please let us know at info@porschesouthlakes.co.uk

*Data determined in accordance with the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP) as required by law. You can find more information on WLTP at www.porsche.com/wltp . For Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) range and Equivalent All Electric Range (EAER) figures are determined with the battery fully charged, using a combination of both battery power and fuel.
Values are provided for comparison only. To the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO₂ values are given as ranges, these do not relate to a single, individual car and do not constitute part of the offer. Optional features and accessories can change relevant vehicle parameters such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics which may result in a change in fuel or energy consumption and CO₂ values. Vehicle loading, topography, weather and traffic conditions, as well as individual driving styles, can all affect the actual fuel consumption, energy consumption, electrical range, and CO₂ emissions of a car.
